Hi there, just some tips learn the basic aspects elements of photography before you attempt anything,you will find that this will greatly increase your understanding of it and will help you use it in your work. As for this pic you do have some composition elements going with the rails and windows acting as leading lines but the person on the right is distracting i would crop him out and maybe give this picture some color by slightly saturating them. And you should also either buy a camera or borrow one because you will find that you will have alot more control with even a cheap camera over the image rather than a cellphone. Other wise keep trying you have potential. good luck

I have a Nikon D70 , just i dont bring it to school, because it might get stolen, all i had was my cellphone on me :(
