very cool, shade! and i can't stop thinking "what is this? a feather, a brush...?!" absolutely great how you come up with ideas for yourself and create little series of photos...

wow I love those they would look so cool as backgrounds.
My guess is there from a fiber optic christmas tree or hairbrush

you get half a cookie - ok ok well 2/3. It is fiber optics, but its not a christmas tree, i do however have a fiber optics christmas tree that was about a metre away when i took these pictures heh.

And if anyone wants these as a desktop im sure it could be arranged! =)

Thanks for the great words as usual everyone!

Stine: i like to do series lots of the time - one photograph is never enough and with a macro lens one subject can be great for many photographs i find.

btw this particular decorative thing came from Ikea and it was $20 Canadian. Pretty cheap, and its really cool. I'd take a picture of the entire thing but my brother took it with him to his condo.

Nice set! About the pictures not uploading, it has happened to me too. I found out was because they weren't in rgb mode. I think it was cmyk or something.
