I think that this is fantastic! If I had one constructive critique? I would say to try a different background color - the yellow can become overwhelming - perhaps something to contrast?

first thing i spotted was that the hair looked flat.. i'd give some darker shading down the side.. maybe that's it.. dunno. .hmmm :]
