first post-some recent stuff

This is my first post here, I've been checking the boards for a long time. A lot of the guys I went to school with check in to these boards often so I've admired the work of a lot of people here for a long time now. Which is probably why I haven't posted sooner. I studied computer animation in school but to be honest the thing that I would like to improve upon the most is my 2d/concept work. I really need a lot of work in many areas. Mainly drawing from life and getting the human anatomy down. Then I'd like to work on overall lighting and painting style.

Here's my best attempts in the last couple of months. I don't draw enough, hopefully getting on this forum will get me started again.

you are very good at humans ill tell you that, for sure you have talents... and i saw your website too. very cool! Your 3d work is awesome too, so much detail!! :D
