hi joey, looks great!! I wouldn't have placed this bit of mud on her right side, cutting away a part of there face in a strange way, but I like it a lot. I think the reflection on the water looks quite well :)
voor de rest vind ik hem erg gaaf, op een of ander manier een ander soort afbeelding dan je normaal maakt, zal wel door het thema komen :)

Yours is a great deal more yellow. Comes across kinda jaundiced.

Her right eye is a bit too close to the nose, also if you cover the other half of the face it seems like the eyes are looking in different directions.

You don't seem to be noticing the photographic distortions in the photo you've used. We only get that view of her in the photo because the lens is quite close to her face. In your painting, this wouldn't happen because the water seperates us and we're apparently at least a few feet back.
Also the ground in front of the lake has a weird sense of scale to it, despite the grass and rushes that are on it. The shape of the ground makes it look like mountains and everything else looks giant. Partly, I think, because that's not the shape dirt that's right next to a pond is likely to take.
The water is also cutting the image right in half in a way that is quite distracting and undesirable. The line at the edge of the water is going very straight, which doesn't serve to describe its form at all. That line would bend with the waters edge (foreshortened, of course) and go further back into space, darkening it. It's a uniform light green-grey all the way along.
