I did her in 30 minutes... the proportions arent good. mouth is too small and the face is stretched... and I think the nose is too long... but I am still working on my drawing. what do you guys think?

You did her, eh?
Well, the pic doesnt look so bad.
But youre right. There's still much to work at.
I dont want to write a novell so just a few standard learning-tips:
-draw from life whenever you can. take a sketchbook and a pen with you as often as possible.
-study anatomy... youre from germany so i can approve this (http://www1.bol.de/pages/functions.phtml?PHPSESSID=52f158fa311b8c7fd9fc6d5f 6deeb471&md=5&id=hcJdANRlzTMAACOKTJUAAABI&ProvID=0&lk=&value%3D%22%22=&function=bssuche&keyword_query=louise+gordon) book to you.
Good price and relatively enclosing.
aannd...
-these internetforums are a great inspiration-source...well, but sometimes also a depression-source <- O_o.

yeah you definately need to work on anatomy...the most basic principle to art is observation. If you want to draw the human face accurately, you need to spend some time looking at the face and analyzing the structure of it.
Pay attention to how the curves of the face flow, and pay very close attention to the details <==(this is very important)
Try and get your hands on some anatomy pictures of the face and the underlying muscle structure. Those should point you in the right direction.
Also, try thinking about the drawing as if youre drawing 3d shapes, instead of drawing flat shapes that represent a 3d shape. This seems confusing im sure but just keeping that in mind while drawing has helped me alot.
hope you can get something out of this, and dont get discouraged, everytime you put your pencil to paper you will get better.
