Neat idea. At first I thought it was a fantasy painting, but then i saw the car. :)
The colours seem a bit to saturated to me. I think that by desaturating the blue a litle, you could create a better sensation of depth. The light from the lamp is a bit to powerful, maybe you could downplay it a bit. The perspective on the car looks a litle off, I think it's the parts closest to the ground that should be skewed a bit.
Here's a quick paintover to illustrate my points on the lighting (http://www.kapturowski.se/forumbilder/paintover_cave.jpg) :painting:

I had desaturated the blue, but apparently not enough. Now that I see this image on my other monitor at work, it looks too blue. The desaturation helps. Damn, I need to get a new monitor to paint these concepts!
As far as the lamp light goes, I wanted it to be powerful, and my original intention was for it to illuminate more of the cave. Didn't quite turn out that way though.
The buildings and car are all drawn slanted and crooked on purpose. The car was an addition, so yeah, maybe the perspective is off. It's pretty dark though, so I'm not worried about it.
This IS a fantasy painting. Here's the scoop: This long lost cave is discovered by a traveller/treasure hunter. He finds the ruins of a great, long-lost civilization. Again, the car wasn't originally part of the image, but I added it to 'sell' the idea that the discovery is of a modern city. Just an idea...
