little advice- use a solid white base for the glowing thingies.

Shadow

i think you could possibly give more thought to the shadow elements in this picture, i.e. shadows being cast from the light behind the creature.

raise the cliffs a tad more to give it a more extreme angle and it'd look sweet.
I dig the detail you gave the... spider-thingie... but it'd be nice if you gave as much attention to what surrounds it, specially the dudes ambushing it.
