Hi all. Just a curious question,

I noticed that on the net I only live on three sites, two of which are game dev forums that I'm working on. The other being the prestigious CA.org.
Compared to CA, the rest of the net seems just inferior.

So just wondering if anyone is in the same boat, or if anyone lives anywhere else?

Peace

Well, this and a swedish fitness forum. But that has fallen to the wayside lately, CA takes all my internet time. And IMDB.

Oh yea, the porn.

But thats only 5-10 min at a time. Sure, pretty intense 5-10 min, but then its back to CA.

I moderate over on the Polycount forums (http://boards.polycount.net), IMHO the best site for videogame art on the internet (but then I would say that, wouldn't I?)
CGChat (http://www.cgchat.com) is also good... it's like CGTalk without all the bloat and spam ;)

hahaha indeed. I should've said I live on four sites really.

Youre right about cgtalk there mop. Doesnt have that "home" feel like CA does.

I'm hanging over at polycount too, it's always been a great resource for realtime game art.

I also spend some time on a norwegian forum network, with different sections for gaming, overclocking and hardware, programming and different misc stuff. There is also www.storedyret.com, a norwegian site for creative people.

But there's no place like home!:yayca:
