I received some oil paints for christmas, but the only place I have to paint would be my bed room. I have held off from doing any painting because I was unsure if it would be safe even if I opened the windows while I was painting. It is well below zero out so I can't keep them open all night and the painting would have to stay in my room, any help would be a great.
-Thanks

I'm in a similar situation to yourself so I started a thread about low odour/ fast drying thinners and mediums a while back, might be of some help.

My 2p worth is that you should be fine with the paint itself as long as you don't eat it, it's the thinners and cleanup stuff that are the smelly part but keep them in a sealable container and it's not too bad at all.
Edit: regarding cleanup, Daler-Rowney make a water soluble brush cleaner that doesn't smell bad at all, I haven't had a chance to actually test it out for myself yet though..
