i'm not quite sure what's going on or why she's hunched like that, but it looks like a good WIP so far. the grass is a bit oversaturated IMO and the lighting doesn't seem correct...to me it seems like she is in a cave or some sort of forest with light coming through but she is shaded rather flatly.
the parts where you've erased the blacks in sort of a design in her hair and the blades might not tie in with the style of the rest of the picture...but so far it's fine for me.

Although I really like it, I have no idea what I'm looking at.
The figure in the foreground is good, but the face looks way brighter than it should compared to the armor.I don't know what kind of weird perspective effect for the ground you're going for, so I can't really comment...
But that sky, man, I really can't figure out whats going on.
My best guess: A giant cyborg vagina is emmiting light as it sucks in the world's supply of birds to doom the fried poultry industry.
Any more info to share to shed light on this?

Rhineville, thats some funny shit :D!
but anyways .. i started off with the character... and i was gonna draw some wierd style pic.. kinda stylished in a funny way.. i dunno .... then i went on to painting a background n adding more colour.. dunno it i should mixed styles look kinda stupid ;o the way i did it! ..
the pic itself... well the background are some sort of rock clif type place.. on the left is part of a fort of some sort.. build into the rock.. and them suicidal birds are off towards tha sun ;o..
and yea i will darken her face and the grass! thanks!! ..

Ahhh ok I'm seeing it a bit more clearly now.
Just remember - in fantasy art you can take liberties with anything (anatomy/lighting/perspective) but just like in design, there has to be a reason for it, a concious decision that you make that results in a skewed but convincing world view.
Oh crap, I forgot to compliment you on the armor- good design and nice detail.

Her nose seems a bit too large to me.
be careful with the color choices of the background and the armor. They run the risk of blending together, causing the figure to lose it's presence.
Unless she's some kind of chameleon. yuk yuk.

Honestly I thought it was a vagina of some sort too, and I'm /still/ having a hard time seeing the cliff.

The white of her eye is drawing me in like a giant bird-devouring vagina. I'm also not getting where the light is coming from. It appears to be different for each part. The brightest apperant source seems to have no effect and the most obvious secondary source isn't transferring any of its color (the grass). This really looks like three seperate elements: background, figure, foreground.
I like the armor texture, too, though.

i think its too dark, i have no since of an environment and the figure is not visible enough. And i guess this digital art. but personally the reason a lot of digital art does not appeal to me it because i dont see a drawing half of the time. its all covered up with layers

I'm having the same issues as the other posters. It seems really dark (your monitor may be calibrated a bit on the dark side). The lower half of the figure is not worked out well at all. Also her armor and the background are very similar in color and temperature, so it's not helping to seperate them- they are runnung together a lot. That's making it even harder to "read" what's going on with the figure. But I have to say, I kind of like the way you are allowing some elements to just be a black pattern (working well with the sword hilts sticking up).

I have to be honest, I really don't like the face. If its stylized tere is no other tip offs of that style in the pic for my eye to see it as more than a just poor anatomy. It really probably comes down to my personaly taste though but I really like the armor and the style you have going on with the background and all the black, like inspectorlee said but I didn't appreciate any of that when i first looked at it cuz I was distracted by her huge bright head.
