newhere/snatch character portrait

Hi, I've been browsing the boards for awhile and decided to finally register. Here's something I did during spring break on painter 7. It's franky four fingers (beniccio del torro) from the guy richie film snatch. Anyways, I'd like to see what everyone thinks I can improve upon. I think i could've pushed my darks more and worked on the shirt a bit more.

HOLY SMOKES!!! That's frickin awesome. That shirt does need some more work ... but damn, everything else is sweet.

His features look too small and his face too smooth - he has no character. Reminds me more of Michael jackson than Benicio del Toro. the hair is nice though , and the color values appear spot on. I think maybe his face is too 'flat', like he has a smooth head and a painted on face O_O. Perhaps you just need to push the darks more on his features to bring them out.
