I have a picture that I would like drawn and I was wondering about how much it would cost me if I were to get you to draw it.
If it won't cost anything, here are the specifications below:

a woman, shoulder length hair that's cut to shape her face. I want her to be slender and her breasts are only small, barely visible under her clothes. I want her to be wearing a baggy t-shirt that has "Rock On" in block letters across the chest. Under the t-shirt I want one of those clingy 3/4 length sleeve shirts. Uhm The pants are baggy jeans with a patch over each knee. Bare feet oh and fishnet gloves. Also a bandana around her neck (y'know, like the cowboys have) and a chain around her neck as that comes down to mid chest.
