Hello,
Ive been lurking for a long while here, and it wanst until today I decided to register and post something myself. Short introduction: Female, 25, Sweden. Love photography, but havent been photographing much. I have been borrowing my fiance's Minolta Dimage 5 from time to time, but wish I had the money to buy a camera of my own so i could really get into photographing.

Anyway... nuff rambling. Here are some photos. I want critique, but please keep in mind that im a beginner and if youre too harsh you might scare me away... :$

You have a love for water - already i like you!

Have you tried colouring that first one? i think it would work well coloured. The second and third are really cool because you captured water like that but they are somewhat dull compositionally. The feather is really interesting and has a classic look about it. When i looked at the last two pictures i looked at them as one - if that wasnt your intention i suggest you move one down because right now they are visually affecting eachother.

hi there! these are some great pictures! i like the feather the most, but your water-photos are cool, too. the single water drop looks like a photo from the spaceshuttle...:)
for the second one the water could be a little more on the right...

Welcome! You say your a beginner but so am I and most of us here too.

I really like these pictures. You have nice composition and lightning. The water drop pictures make me very calm, its like time is standing still. Good job on the focus and DOF.
