These are some photos I took outside some dinner that I fell in love with. Critiques?

like them a lot! especially how different the colors are on each -- my favourite is the second cause the light brings out the structure beautifully.

Welcome to the photography section! The lightning is awesome, however I think the composition is a bit off one the first one. The grain in focus is cut off at the right. I would have wanted all of the object in focus to be in the frame. It is also a bit over exposed.
The second picture is nice, some of the grain are in focus and you have better detail on them. The problem here is that there are too many things to focus on, which means there is no one focus point.
But I really like the mood in the pictures! You should post some more work!

Remind me some sequence of Kurosawa's movie (I'm not sure of the title): Kagemusha. Gorgeous and fine. Simple and effective. More pic will be my last comment. Cheers, Daimwn.

Great shots, my favorite is the second one. I love how the light reflect it to the grains. Great colors and awesome lighting. :)
