Weird and kinda funny. I don't know if that was what you aimed for, but in my book, that's a good thing.
I see a lot of "scary" elements, and the expression on his face is very grave, but im not scared.
I think that the 3d elements isn't very well integrated with the image. Maybe you could paint over them with brushes in photoshop or whatever program you are using, just to make them more integrated in the picture.
I think that it is a very original image though. Thats kind of a rarity on this forum, so props for that. Keep at it.

The left hand (our left), the middle finger is getting a little lost in the detail of the hand and so it's a bit confusing there, what's going on with the hand. The composition feels a bit haphazard - too many floaty elements all over the place, with everything having sort of equal emphasis. I might alter the scale of the skull and blur out the headstones in the background.

You know that Mozart was only 35 when he died, yes? This man looks much older. Here's (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/f/f6/Edliner_Mozart.jpg) a portrait of him a year before his death. This seems more typical of a crotchety old man. More Beethovenish.
The 3D elements in the back aren't working for me at all. They're kind of boring and don't fit with the style of what's been painted.
I like your figure for the most part, but he's got *much* too much black in his shadows. Skin tones are very complex.. shadows should be anything but black.
It's a very interesting idea though. I don't know if I've seen anybody else do portraits of composers around here before, and it's nice to see.

Hehe I'm not sure the point of the image was to be an exact likeness of mozart. It seems like more of a symbolic piece (I am gathering this from the skull and whatnot).
Like everyone else has been saying, I really like the painted part, but the 3D isn't doing it for me. The texturing on it really clashes with the other elements in the painting (particularly in the skull) and it looks very dated. The edges on the tombstones don't look beveled enough (or at all, from what I can tell) which in turn also clashes with the reality of the image, as well as not fitting with the decaying look of the rest of the piece.

thank you very much to all by the critics.
I hope to improve my technique in next works.
also I hope to improve my English to be able to communicate to me of a fluid form.
