My first post here. I've been coming here for a while and checking out everyones work. Theres some great stuff here so if you've any C&C please let me know as I'm really trying to take things beyond the speedpainting stage now.

What did you use to make this?

I used Photoshop5.5 and some screengrabs from saving private ryan as ref.

the monochrome was intentional as normally i got overboard on strong colours and contrast and i wanted to avoid that this time.
