CS is auto proofing files in cmyk?

I am not sure how I did this, but for a good few months all of my documents open proofed in CMYK. All of them are for digital use, so they need to be proofed in RGB. I looked through the preferences, but i dont see how to set this.

How exactly do i set up CS to proof documents automatically in RGB?

In Color Settings have all the options you need to change the color profiles, leaves as is, or convert it by the program itself.
