its really awesome - one thing that is obvious though. his head is huge!! like in length, it should be shortened a bit looks disproportioned!

the size is A4 (21 X 29.7 cm)

Nice sketch.
When Fozzy said to make the image smaller he meant the size of the digital image that you post. You can keep your painting at the A4 size you have, but when you scan it into the computer make sure the pixel dimensions are something small enough that it will display nice on people's computer screens. Does that make sense?

behemot5, think of the minimum resolution of 800x600...with all the browser graphics you should make your image not larger than 750 wide and 500 high to fit in everyones screen without scrolling...
of course sometimes it's necessary to post larger images, but this should help you not to frustrate the viewers with small resolutions...

thanks a lot... i didn't understand it....i admit when i try to paint on photoshop i always try on a big pic...'cause i saw someone paint like this..i thought it was the good way to do this....for the moment i'm training by reproducig the SOPDs of android i admit it's not easy and results are........:barf:...

It's always good to draw/paint on a big canvas, so you can print it later, because of the high resolution...
...but you can copy the pic and change the size afterwards to post it on boards like here...never lose the original picture with its high resolution!
