i don't like the escalator in the midground, i think i'm gonna do something about it, it looked sooo much better in the thumbnail. Everything looks flat I know, i'm gonna add shade when I paint it. what you think?

here's the original rough thumbnail, for some reason, i like the composition alot better in this one than the final clean drawing

Hi i like ur drawing but to me it seems a little bit stereotypical of a lot of movies and other concept art of the future being a giant metal/wire composition. I dont know if that is what u wanted to do ,but i would suggest putting you own spin on it , although your perspective is very good!

I'm pretty sure its the round base. It doesn't look like an escelator at all, I was looking for a few seconds before I found it. Dont listen to ryan. The fences are a nice touch. I like the thumbnail because it's closer to eye level, but either one is fine. The thumb also allowed for more compositional elemnts in the BG. You might not like to hear this, but I'd like to see you redo it, keeping ntruer to the thumbnail. It's a good start!

ya i think your totally right dragoon, the cramped bg in the final drawing isn't open enough and really ends up taking away from it. I ended up changing the escalator alot from the original thumbnail too when i did the finalized drawing which ended up taking even more space away from the bg. I think that ya i'm gonna end up doing it again when I have some spare time. The bridge in the middle of the pic looks way better as well in the thumbnail cause it's not so cramped in there. thanks guys
