His left eye seems too barried deep into his face. His cheekbone looks a bit off to me.ummm.... his nose appears to have no planes whatsoever, and the nostrils are way off. One last little thing I also noticed, was that the ear doesn't go back into perspective with the rest of the head. Also, the back of this guy's head seems a tad short.

Sorry if I was to harsh on your pic. I just saw it and felt like I needed to point these things out to you. One thing I do like is the way you handled those skin tones. I love your bold choice of colors. I'm afraid of color sometimes...:(

Can we see the ref?

i dig the fleshtones too. only thing i would add is maybe be a little more delicate with the ear and add some more subtle tones

Your eye is becoming more and more trained davi...it's really cool to notice the progress...starting to look like real light man...it's awesome. The main structural thing I noticed was that the nose was placed too low which threw off the bottom portion of the head. Careful on the ear...I think it's in perspective cause ears stick out a bit but it isn't rendered fully. I hate doing ears too hehe. I particularly like who you utlized color to show the underside of the cheek bone and the other side of the face. You are thinking like a painter. You went too dark with the eye sockets as well...the shading would probably be more subtle. Great job man you are improving quickly...awesome stuff man.
