what excellent uses of ligh tand dark contrast. You go for quite the scenes, and some of the poses her eare not very easy to obtain, but it looks as though to capture them quite nicely. I have to say i like the woman the most. Its very much a period peice, and portrays that mood of the 1920's-20's quite admirably. Just keep working, and you can never fail.

Wow. These pics are just awesome!
First i love best, its kicking ass.
In the second i miss some more contrast.
The third i like too, but the leg on the right looks really wrong!
Show us more!:)

Edit:
Oh, the arm of the same person on the pictures right is too short.

thanks for the crits and comments, i agree with the right leg on the thai boxer being a bit big ... i was trying to emphasize the weight and stress on that leg, but over did it ...

here's another portrait from a class ... it was a master's study and i chose a younger self portrait by rembrandt ...

doing master copies really makes you open your eyes and appreciate just how good these ppl were ... and its kinda fun as well

these two were sketches for a comic book idea me and a friend were throwing around ... the book so far hasn't happened ... hopefully in time ...

Some nice works r here...in the first study..her elbow looks bit boxy..face looks nice..and in post #6 im not sure about the ear construction..and the nose looks bit big. but i like ur rendering skill :)
