im new to this site, and i guess forum, and image posting in general....so Im wondering if theres an image hosting site capable of hosting large images to post on here, and not places like photobucket where you can only upload something as big as 512KB....or if there's another way you guys are able to post huge pics of your work on here that i dont know about.....many thanks

Dude, 512kb is way bigger than you should be posting anyways. Not everyone in the world has broadband, not to mention who wants to wait that long even on broadband.

Here, I've compressed your picture and hosted it with Imageshack. With a black and white picture you can really compress it and not notice that much of a difference. This pic is only 100kb now.
