BF and me got it all worked out: We'd buy an old defunct factory, turn the last floor into a penthouse, the second to last into a studio (full equipped + mini gym), first floor into a place to have exhibits, shows, parties. Rent out any other floor we don't have a use for.

Then we'd try to convince the Massive Black people to have the Montreal Workshop in the studio since there would plenty of place anyways.

Oh, and we want a swimming pool on the roof.
