What is better to edit pictures PAINT or PHOTOSHOP?
How do I rotate a picture in photoshop?!!!!!!11111!!!!!:x :x :x :x lol!

Photoshop is always better than paint. To rotate the whole image go under Image>rotate canvas. If you just want to rotate a part of the image go under Edit>Transform. Hope that helps!

Photoshop is better than MS Paint at anything. Hands down. No competition. "Everything you can do, I can do better." Like that. Yeah.

Paint is better for saving, let's say JPG files when you want to save a print screen picture FAST and not open up photoshop. Paint boots quicker, that's the only advantage.
