This is a character I'm working on.. for a rpg game.
Something seems to be missing tell me what you think :).

I know it needs more folds but other than that, is there something I should change?

I actually like the lack of folds (or the flat rendering, if you like) of his shirt. I'm not a drapery expert, though.

The one thing I can comment on would be his feet. I think they would look more convincing if you used some foreshortening, so that the parts of his feet that were closer to the viewer were drawn larger. Alternatively, you could raise the viewpoint and draw more of the tops of the feet.

I do like the overall shape and color.

The thing missing is ...:waves: ARMS!!! Either he's really wide, or his arms are behind him (but from one artist to another, I can tell that is what you probably did) but you sure can't tell if it's either. Put the same stuff you did on the leggings with the shirt to give it some more dynamix.
Also, his feet looks like stubs. Like he lost his feet in a battle and is just walking on the stubs like a pirate.
Lastly, the thing that might be missing is an enviroment. Maybe you just need a shadow or a simple plane in the backgroud.

Goodluck!!:fruit:

Thanks for the comments, I'm going to give some more details in the structure/folds of his arms.

I don't know what to do with the legs...
They just seem to be unchangable for me.
