other than the abnormal long neck, you´re off to a flying start :) as i reckon you haven´t drawn seriously, so i won´t waste your time by ponting out drawing errors, since you´re ´prolly still learning ;)

cool, the body looks really good, nice pose/muscles/structure etc., but i liked the evil little smile in the pencil :(

Try to be clean - i like the tail in the colored part.
Try to clarify your shapes - a more geometric aproach WILL help.
Try to draw with a pen (unable to erase) and look for simple lines - your drawing looks ... hiary :)
Look for the values - make it grayscae and see how it reads.
