This is the digital version of the piece, I will repaint it with acrylic.
Need some C & Cs before I make my final step.

It's an intriguing idea, it will be interesting to see what you do with it. Some things I notice that might help...

All the figures' eyes direct in toward the center, making a strong sense of connection, EXCEPT for the kid in the upper left. If there's some reason why he disconnects from everyone else go with it, but otherwise you might want to direct his gaze in as well.

I'm not sure which child the hand with the pointing finger belongs to... make sure that's clear in the final. (unless it's not supposed to connect with any of them, in which case you need to make it so obviously different it doesn't look like a mistake)

Knowing this is just a preparatory sketch, that's it for my crit... nice start!

CCThrom, thank you. You have noticed somethings I have overlooked, that really helped.

Anymore? A few more feedbacks appreciated.

This does look fun! The girl in the lower right, though, is off, perspective-wise. It's as if she's leaning her head away from us so we can see a fuller profile.

And I'm with Colin: that hand looks like it's on its own.

The diagonal line of the four kids leading upward is awesome, but the other three seem like afterthoughts; they don't easily fit into the space the way they are positioned. The two at the bottom, with their torsos twisted into the background are particularly disconcerting because I can't imagine how their hips must be positioned to be standing on the same ground as the kids behind them.

Alright, it seems like it's perspective problem for me again, I will do some check up and align them.

I might just get rid of the hand, it looks kind of awkward there, I agree.
