hello =)
This is the first time I tried to make a picture looks like Cell-Shaded. Please give me your Comments and Crits so I can learn from different people's opinions, thank you

It's maybe cel-shaded in a "waking life" kid of way, but most cel-shaded art is very light on the color blending (exceptions, of course, being "Lilo and Stich" and "Roger Rabbit," which had an airbrushed look). I'd say abstract the forms more and band the color, or at least choose a more limited palette for the skintones and shirt.
That said, though, it's a nice rendering - has a colored pencils on prismacolor kind of look. Reminds me of a lot of the designer-y illustration being done by folks like Nando Costa and PsyOps.
But, I do have to say, that's one creepy-lookin' kid. Actually, he's not really creepy, but I -do- doubt his intentions. :D
Best,
-Atomick

I will think about what u say next time I do the "Cel-Shaded" like drawing again and see what will come out...
btw, I guess the way I draw is kina boring to people here... So many viewers but only Atomick would tell me what you think, sigh...

Don't worry man, sometimes there's not a lot to say. Just keep posting new stuff.
I agree with atomic, this look more maybe like a goache study than a cell shaded image. Which doesn't make it bad or anything. My crit is, again, the same as atomick's, that is one creepy kid. I think it's because you pushed the values under his eyes a bit much, and he has a rather crooked, ambiguous smile.
