Thats pretty darn sweet man :). I love it, looks real and almost like a toy that would sell out off the shelves. really well textured and sculpted :)

looks a bit inspired by Games workshop orks, and bloodbowl.
Personally I'dtry out some darker more sinister colours...think aliens (the movie).
Make it slimy (varnish and you could use glue to make the slime hang...what size??

He's about 6 inches tall, and i did varnish the tenticles so they look slimy.
