this picture done in pencil depicts a sandtrooper/stormtrooper on Tatooine. This scanted imperial slime is armed with EP 11 blaster rifle with folding stock. Long live the Rebellion, down with the dreaded....shhhhshsshhs.....Empire....shhhsshhs... .....

This is a bit off.

First, anatomy: he's a bit short for a stormtrooper, with arm length like a wookiee. His neck is too slender and obvious, and his hands and feet don't seem correctly sized and proportioned.

On the topic of armor: That's not a terribly feasible helmet, but that's just going to require some reworking. I noticed various inconsistencies like on the knees, etc. The gloves and gauntlets don't cover the arms as much as I think they should. And the backpack is mad big. Oh, and the stomach plating and groin armor: looks a little too layered. the real armor just has these things that look like cuts, lines, and creases in them. Maybe just block these in better?

All that said, your shading IS rather consistent. I would even say "good." Also, you've got a promising background, even though the overall drawing comes across as more of a pose than a "holo" of an on-duty trooper. That's a decent blaster, but the folding stock may be a little short.

To summarize, work on your anatomy and clothing/armor. You've got some good shading skillz and you came up with a decent background. Hope to see some more work on this.
