Topic: Rome's new Senate-House
Description: The Roman empire never collapsed, and grew to an outstanding reach, conquering the coast of Europe and later discovering the America's where they made peace with the natives.
Centuries passed and their technology & culture grew. A new Senate-House was needed to be built in the year 2006. You have been chosen to the job. Rome embraces their heritage much like the Asians, and wish for a classic design with new-age innovations.
Deadline: Dec 10th Midnightish, New topics will only be given if there are at LEAST 10 entries.

It's sound to me like 'Envirnomental of the Week', not Industrial :S

Enviromental art covers the whole area, the mood and the enviroment itself. As this is industrial of the week, the main point is to design the new building, not the enviroment, the mood nor the background story.

so we do not need to work out the surroundings of the senat, do we?
(thought like saise first... but you may be right sept...)
and this will be much easier than the last task

Just draw a high tech building with an ancient Roman look.

Wasn't there a game being made like this, Imperator or something like that, MMORPG. It is a good concept tho, I like it.

I believe the rule of thumb is, they arent going to post the next one, until they at least have 10 entries. so I think this would still be open. If I get time over the holidays, think I may try to get one done as well.
I know its a little confusing because the polls were never created for anything after the first one???? dont know whats up with that.

i sorta dont like polls because im lazy.... i dunno... i guess it needs to for people to know stuff is finished, i really wish i could find a quicker way to set up the poll though instead of copy pasting for 20 minutes ;/

I'm with Chuck, mate. I'm itching to do some industrial design... but I'm not really into this month-old topic.

Well Chad, I would say that you have a lot going on and way too much too look at. It is tough to tell what part is the building. The perpective seems right and you have some good ideas with your form. I would try to tone down some of the colors and maybe blur out the lights and detail oof the background to draw more focus to the main aspects. Hope that helps.
Damn Davi. Damn. no polls on any of these. what, not enough entries?
