Need advice about Paypal

Hi, I am looking into setting up a paypal account and could do with some advice if anyone can help.

My main question is, can you have a different Paypal account name to your bank account name or do they both have to be exactly the same?

Any advice on this would be apprieciated. Thanks.

I login with my e-mail, but when you register your info has to of course coincide with that of your bank account.

PayPal allows only one PayPal account to use a particular bank account. I discovered this when I found that my wife & I cannot use our joint checking account for both of our PayPal accounts.

As far as the name goes, if you have a business checking account in the business name, you should still be able to attach the checking account to your PayPal account. To attach the account, you will be required to provide information which you could only know if you are the owner of the account.
