If your looking for crits be specific, what is it you want help with? All your post is saying right now is "Hey Look", and that's all that people are doing.
I like the style you've got going on here but you need to refine it. Define your focal point better as well as figure out what's going on with your lighting. I'd like to see some sharp but small strong highlights as well as some reflected lighting into the back to flesh out what's going on back there.
Here: I scribbled on it to get your mind rolling ... and because I was bored.

this image is very confusing. i can't tell what i'm looking at w/ out the title...and that's no good. an image should be able to stand up on it's own.
the form of the alien is unintelligible. all i see is an arm reaching out and some kind of 1/2 globe which i'm assuming is a helmet of some sort.
but what is it holding? what is it's purpose? this profile view is not doing you any favors either...just simply turning the figure 1/3 towards or away from the camera can do wonders. also your value scale needs pushed. everything is too dark. you need more medium and high values. the cattails in the water are a good start to showing depth, but they are the only visual cues as of now. you need to add in shadow or more cattails or anything really that creates overlapping forms.
basically, you can save yourself a lot of heartache and troubles down the line if you do thumbnails and preplan before jumping into a final rendering.
hope this didn't discourage you, you said you wanted a crit. draw, draw, draw...draw more than anyone else you know and keep posting.

I like it allot bustarail, everyone has it's own taste and handwriting.
It has a good impression and seems to be very mysterious.
I mostly disagree with having perfect contra-posts and anatomie.
But i must say you did it very well on this one.
I would love to see more! keep up the good work
