Looking for a concept Artist

Hey ppl,
I’m looking for a concept artist for multiple drawings. I need concepts for:

Male Human Futuristic armor concept
Male Alien Futuristic armor concept
Mech concept
Dropship concept
Tank concept

I’m looking for a skilled artist, wanting to create amazing concepts. I need a concept artist that is willing to work with me to create/design detailed drawings.
And doesn’t charge a lot.

Payment is negotiable. I will not be paying a large some of money. This is due to the little money in my wallet.

Payment will go as followed:
Payment A
We will totally finish one concept I will pay you a negotiable sum of money.

Payment B Halfway through I will pay you half of the negotiable sum of money then when we finish the concept I will pay you the next half.

Has anyone heard from this person? I remember talking with this guy on irc (where he was scouting for the same job) a couple months ago, and after that he never replied to any mail. It might be just me though (for all i know, he hates my stuff ;) ), but a simple "sorry, not interested"-mail would've been nice anyway...

Hey guys,
Sry for the delay. I haven’t responded back because I am still receiving emails everyday. I am currently up to around 60 emails. With all the email sent to me, I have to look at each responders portfolio and price quote. A lot of the times the responder doesn’t give me a price quote and portfolio. So I must send an email back to him asking the person for me to judge his artwork he must send me some of him art work. So this process is taking a bit longer then I anticipated. Once again sry for the delay but I must give everyone a fair equal chance. I will send you notice back as soon as possible.
