These are great--I'm always partial towards black and white artwork.

I really like the first image because one would think that with an overwhelming amount of black, the image would get muddled or too heavy. However, you used those heavy blacks to convincing and balanced effect--it doesn't overpower the image at all.

I think the third image could use more contrast, with more black in the pants. As it is, the entire image has pretty much the same values.

The angle for the fourth image is great, but I think it could be made more dramatic be increasing the distance between the flying man and the creatures on the ground. With the figures as close as they are in that image, it's a little ambiguous as to what's going on.

In all these images, I like how you captured that inkwashed look, assuming these ARE digital.

Awesome awesome cos. You really nailed it on that fourth one. Awesome perspective and really interesting story told through that image. The guy with the nunchaku (spelling?) is really good as well. I can't help but think you are turning over a new leaf with that fourth image. It looks so artistically mature...it's really fantastic. Keep up the good work bro.

Looking good cos, nice values and stuff.

I'm reacting to the dwarf head on the last one, looks a bit large. I thought they were human size.

On the first one, leg armour looks a bit stiff, and the arm too. I draw closed fists like that too, a bit too big and from a flat view. Must stop doing that.

The heli backpack one is a bit hard to read. It's not obvious that his taking off from a cliff. It's probably the dark edge of the cliff down left that is confusing me or perhaps the values of the orks that is a bit too contrasted.

These are really nice. I just finished a load of (much less good) greyscale interiors too, and I think you did a really masterfull job with the contrast on these images. Great composition and poses too; very dynamic. These were done in Photoshop? Thanks for sharing these.

Wow the piece w/the guy with the stick-chain thing is beautiful. They have a traditional media feel to them that most people try to do but suck at it. Good work.

what a great sense of light !

There are minor details, that you could correct in the drawings, but everything has been said. And I think you didn't have a lot of time to do all that stuff.

I like the fourth the most :)

Great stuff as always. A bit stiff on the first poses, but then you've really got some action pieces as well. That aerial escape picture should be coloured card art for WotC, perfect!

thats crazy man. I saw the thread and went all fuzzy.

Apart from the minor issues pointed out, your skills are phat and are destined for artistic obessity.
I don't reckon theres many with a natural painting and drawing talent like that man. Drawing and painting are two very different kettles of fish and I have first hand experience at drawing competence and painting incompetence.
Alot of sick painting styles out there but theres some particulars that you share with other established greats like Foster and Sweet which is... well.. the shizm.

I'm gonna be in Europe come May and then I'm busting my ass your way for some lessons. See if you can handle a brush aswell as a mouse eh.. then I'll get lessons in that too..
;)
