Above work done because a few people suggested I make up a world of Drafons (which came to existence when I typoed DrafonKin instead of DragonKin!)

I wasn't going to put these up cause they were based on other people's work but my friends convinced me to. The above is based on works of Brom.

nice work. i liked the dynamism of your linework. try to add some variation to your linewieghts and psuh the contrast a bit further.

my favs are the first two pages, the facial expressions. seems like a great excercise (i should do such stuff myself;) )

keep up the good work.

Hah.
First - Welcome to CA :yayca:
Second - Nice works, but the best among them is the dragons heads. You Really know how to draw good Dragon Head - sharp and dangerous, not just like a big lizard :perv: Cool.

Hey DragonMaster Ben. An impressive start,
and i can't wait to see the 1000 more dragons that I know are in your head in this sketchbook

That bear is really cool as well, i'm going have to try that many poses on a page thing. It really brings the bear to life.

Maybe you could apply the quick way of drawing that bear, with simple shapes, to the dragons, and then you could get some truly awesome action scenes.

Also, how about if you drew dragons, and mixed them with a reference for something else. Like say an Ice dragon, and taking elements of a photograph of icecles, or a BEAR dragon. It could be quite subtle and still clearly be a fantastically awesome dragon, but it could be a really original look at them.

More to say, but thats for another time.

Keep riding those dragons out of your head, make each one more amazing than the last.
