I really really love this. Just a few minor things. His fingers seem a bit detached from the rest of his hand. And the cigarette isn't convincingly in his mouth. Maybe his mouth is too closed, or the filter is too far out. But these are just tiny things in an already amazing picture.

The light and focus are top notch.
The smoke in his gob could maybe benefit from a slight upper-lip curl, but being on the far side of his mouth might make it difficult... also, it might erase his calm expression - which seems vital to the tension of your piece.

Nice overall balance and focus.
I like the skin texture.

def. getting a Neon Genesis EVA feel from the 3 lights bottom left. I love the high contrast of the shirt n' jacket!

Seeing as I was just going out for one...I'm inspired to make my own smoke break piece. :)
