Need Help

hello there people,
i am graduating next year in june and i`d like to apply to an art/arhitecture college. Iam from Romania and i`m not very keep on the colleges here therefore i`d like to apply mostly anywhere in europe or the us. so if anyone has a few moments to give me some ideeas and/or links to major places to study i`d apreciate it!
And i`d like some info about how i may get a scholarship to one of those places. Thank You

'sister' schools in prague, romania, germany for study abroad program.

they just started up a graduate program in art+design with an Animation and Digital Imaging Concentration.
