All I have to say is, Man, I really have to pick up a copy of Painter! This entry was done by hand using ink and marker (the pantone ones that go squeek squeek SQUEEK!) and I know there are several spots where I wish I could "Undo"...

Anyhow, this is my redesign/conceptual for Pacman, let the critique begin...

JohnnyDoh, you should think of Pacman as the hero in this game. The player controls this little guy and he should look more nice, so the player could identify himself with pacman. Currently he looks like some punk bacteria...make him the HERO of this game...more positive attributes like smartness, coolness, sweetness...

Your ghosts are way better than your pacman! Keep it up!

UPDATE: Okay, I think I fixed the link now... It's a very different approach from the first guy; more human looking, and taking a very literal approach to "Pac(k) man".

Couldn't get the second image to load, I keep getting some Password Error screen.

I actually wouldn't mind playing a game where the hero was a punkass little freak. I like where you're going with it in the first image, but I wanna see the second one before I start making comments. :)

Thanks for the comments! And yeah, I've been to the dreamland of milkshakes and too much beer (and shots of tabasco on top-- ugh-- but that's another story) too...

Ok.. from the feedback I've seen: The ghosts are a go, but the pacman needs work. I've updated the link shown above, it should work now. You can see where I'm headed with the hero concept...
