HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Poor Condoleezza.

You don't show her in her best light so I'm assuming that this is a criticism. I don't have much to say, but this is very professional and I can certainly see this in a magazine. She's a funny lady.

I definitely caught the likeness right off which means that part of it is successful. Caricature is a tricky thing and you seem to have a good handle on it. The distortion on the right side of the head seems a little odd to me. Almost like you did it in photoshop. I dont think I like it very much. It hurts the likeness on that side of the face more than anything. Actually the right eye is the main thing that bothers me. Maybe it if wasnt affected as much by the distortion? Also you have mad tangents going on with the the edge of her hair, the globe, and the skull. The editorial statement could be a little more clear as well. Is it saying something about global domination or killing or what? Sorry, I dont mean to sound overly critical, I really do like the piece a lot. Your technique is pretty spot on and I like your use of color. I would say that stuff like this has a very good chance of getting you political illustration jobs. Keep up the good work.

For this sort of work to be successful, and more to the point marketable, the point of view and concept have to be really clear. This isn't. We can guess from the distortion and the inclusion of the skull that it's meant to be critical, but that's pretty much it. What exactly are you trying to say?

my biggest gripe at the moment is the hair, it looks like it's peeling off her head

Guess it's apparent that I'm not very fond of the current administration. . .

I predict that my illo is always ( especially now ) going to be relevant because there are questions. . . serious questions about the lead-up to war.

Condi is a major player. . . spitting about intelligence ( which has turned out to be a deliberate lie ) that confirms that Saddam Hussein has reinstated a program of developing WMD.

Remember the infamous line about that we don’t want the final evidence to be in a form of a mushroom cloud.

The illo is obvious.

I'm tying in the hideous policy of the Bush Administration. . . I'm not trying to paint a barbie doll
