Hi ya outthere!

This ist my first post here at ConceptArt. Since I'm quite shy when it comes to show my work, it took some time until a really wonderful person finally convinced me to post something. Thank you so much :^^:
Right now I'm taking the first steps to become a freelance illustrator. You're more than welcome to follow my progress ;)

The following illustrations were made for a specialized children's book about the ancient roman city Mogontiacum, today called Mainz (its located in the south of Germany, if anybody knows it :^^: )
Together with the main character 'Linus', a boy with celtic origins, and his best friend 'Felix', a roman boy, the youg readers discover the ancient city and the everyday life of the citizens without the dry atmosphere of a schoolbook.
