I.C.E. Press is at it again. This time we are going to publish one of
YOUR characters. That's right! YOURS.
Here's the deal:
We are looking for a bad ass hitman type to go against Shadowflame in issue 3 of Shadowflame. This is all I'm giving away at the time. If picked you will recieve a 7 page breakdown of the story. This will be your character and remain your character. It can be an established character of yours or a new creation. Man or woman it doesn't matter. Here's the other thing, You'll be penciling the 7 pages that your character is in. Sound good?
Here's what you do.
Email me a link (No attachments) at joe@icepress.com of your hitman type character if you have sequentials that's fine. Explain the character to me.
Does it have a motive? Is it good or bad. (Yes it can be a hero type, but a hero type that is willing to take a life.) Sell this character to us. Do this by May 1st 2003 and we'll pick the most innovative and interesting character of the bunch.
Just a few more things.
1. This contest is for no Money, you as the winner will get 5% of that issue's net profit. The real payment for this is the publication of your character in color and a crossover in a Shadowflame comic.
2. You will personally get 50 copies of the issue to sell at cons, show your friends... Whatever.
3. We will publish an 8 page story with your character in Project ICE our anthology series.
