That's really nice man. I have some crits, I hope you don't mind:
I feel like you croped it too close to the center of interest. You should leave more breathing room between the wreck and the bottom of the pic. Also, the bottom left is really blurry.
Maybe some highlights on the wreckage to draw the eye?
Really really blue. I feel like the snow should be whiter where it's directly in the sun.
But those are just my opinions. I like the way you rendered the mountains. Thanks for sharing!

awsome painting, what program did you paint this in? i dont know if you intended this but the way the metal broke in the wreckage makes it seem paper thin.

Yeah, I got the same feeling this time.
But I didn't when I looked at the first couple of versions of this, so I think the wreckage must be what causes it(unless you've cropped it since last time).
A bit too much sky now I feel, plus this mountain range must be somewhere near 10000 feet tall, right? So that wreckage must be HUGE in that case.
Nothing wrong with that per say, 'cause it may actually be a huge space ship or something, but.... The sky is now drawing my attention a bit too much. And the wreckage is taking up too much room. Maybe you should paint a bit more to the bottom of the piece now after you added the wreckage(expand the canvas and paint in more of the mountains I mean)? And/or make the wreckage a bit smaller?
I would also post a little bigger version of this, to give me a more 'widescreen feel' of it.
Anyway - my opinion.
But hey - it's incredibly well done overall! No doubt.

Thanks everybody.
All great points which I'm addressing in a rework. I'll post it when it's done.

man, thats pretty, the wreakage looks almost natural, as if trees or some sort. as the others have said, i kept waiting for the rest to load, looks as if u only saved the middle 2/4 of the piece.
beautiful~

I worked some more on this in an effort to incorporate all the crits and comments I've gotten ( thank you all ) , so here's the latest incarnation of this compositon.

that's excellent, although I prefered the layout of the first one. The distance and the great expanse of sky made the whole picture seem lonelier.
very nice :)

hey thats much better, great work, the sense of "hugeness" of the ship is gone, but still much better than the orig.

Hey, that's much better! :)
My only crit now would be:
If you want to restore the sense of "vastness" you had in the first pic, I would recommend disconecting the foreground (new part) from your midground. If you make them look like they are on seperate mountain tops, it will push the midground back and make everything look larger.
Just a suggestion!
