I agree what Asoir said - even thoses who are interested need to see some of your work first & I think a general desription of what kind of comic - story & style & whatever else there is ... would be useful.

Cooperation on everything or what do you provide & what do you expect from the interested ?

As you posted this in the paying-job section - what will you pay & for what ?

I am looking specifically for photorealistic sci-fi artists and comic book artist for what we will be doing. I have a partnership offer and anyone else is welcome to hear it if they have the TALENT.
