hello everyone,

I have poking around the forums here and have been truely inspired by what I have seen. So, I thought it only right to put my stuff out there so maybe one of you may be inspired.

I hope you like my work and I am open to critisism. Time to time the nudity that may be posted may have a hint of erotica. My apologies. I enjoy drawing women above all, especially when they are fit and curvatious. Often times I am forced outside figure reference books for suitable subjects. Sorry to all that may be offended.

I like what I see, there is a lot going on in here. I am supprised that there are not more people that are looking at this. The rendering skills on the first post are nice but could be cleaned up a little and the Graffiti, proabbly spelled wrong on my end, Is badass to me. It is not often that I see line work that. there are some nice things going on in this sketchbook and I do hope to see more. Adios and keep going at it.

Your figure work is very nice and I only have one crit. Watch your heads, they seem to sit oddly on a lot of figures and a few of those heads are too big for their bodies. Other than that, a very enjoyable sketchbook. Post some more.

The Fat Kid ~ I referenced them from "Dynamic Figure Drawing" by Burne
Hogarth. It's pretty good, it's proven quite helpful.

Some older stuff. The red one is the first atempt at doing a "abstract-like" painting. The girl is my first computer coloring atempt, and the skulls and sword are,....uh,..... the first...sword with three holes in it with three skulls surrounding it, drawn in pen ... that I have ever done. So, yeah!

this is one of my first trys at anime. Its my lttle asian girlfriend :rendered:
It's colored with prismacolor pencils and the backround is just a flood fill of blue. as you could probably tell.

Hi there.
Great looking stuff you have here. I like the "image freaks" jester the best, it would make a good skateboard sticker or custom car gaphic or something. Nice work.

I like the girls at the top, the lion and the anime girl the most. The sword and skulls are also good. Nice linework. The animegirl coloring is very instyle but the face is not quite right, I think the eyes could be more rounded and slanted in a different way.

here's another one. I got inspired by a guy with the screen name "boon". I hope I don't get black balled for doing a work so similar, but I had to try something in that style. thx boon for the insperation.

Dude that last pic is sweet. Definitely keeping an eye on that to see it get finished. Really cool exaggerated proportions.

There is some really good stuff in here. I like the variety of styles.

The devil girl looks great, the colours are nice. However, I think there are issues with value, you seem to treat each form with the same or similar amount of shadow, midtone and the highlight. This tends to kill the overall value and form of the picture as a whole. I can't really explain it that well, but it was explained inthis (http://itchstudios.com/psg/art_tut.htm) tutorial (in the values and self-critique sections). this (http://itchstudios.com/psg/tuts/value1.jpg) picture from the tutorial demonstrates what I mean.

these are highly influenced by the french comic "sky doll". They are not referenced, I just recalled what I remember seeing from the VERY few images I saw on the net. ..Also, does anybody know where you can buy that comic in the us? I can't fi9nd it anywhere :nohope:
