im lovin that red...!!

only comment is that i think a much lighter tone for highlights would really make her pop...theres a suggestion of lighting affecting her bottom half of her face which is not as suggested in her hair as much...quick add would do the trick...

and perhaps a delicate touch of that darker toneu used under her chin for added line weights around the face and hair....

oi, the first one is really cool but I think it might be stronger if you just chose one of those background things for the whole piece, I'm thinking either the gray or the trees. I agree with Charles on the highlighting of the portraits hair.

Im gonna go against the grain here and say that the lack of highlights is what makes the pic interesting.

the portrait is very good Ban but, the first one well... isnt... sorry.. it does seem to have any flow to it... no real connection amongst the seperate parts.... I may be easily corrected by altering the coloring to match up a bit... thanks for sharing always a pleasure looking at your work! I sure wish i could draw chickc like you!

hm tbh i like the more saturated version of the portrait better. the highlights are good,but the desaturation took away a great deal of energy for me.

i think the skin texture you got going there is really nice. good improvement on the colour as well.
