Fine arts doesn't seem to be very popular around here, so I couldn't really find much on schools for fine arts when searching.
What colleges should I look into for fine arts?

for traditional fine arts, go to ateliers (watts in Cali, students league in NY) for old school drawing techniques
for modern fine arts, you don't need to chuck down thousands of dollars for an education in that crap...just learn the basics of design/form and color

"Visual Arts" is a generic term for fine art (IE not theatre or music arts). Illustration is a specific form of art.
