Hey everyone. I am a 2D Artist and Creative Designer looking for work.
Part-time or temporary positions are cool. FULL-TIME would be awesome!!
I live in New York City, so I can work on-site anywhere nearby there.
I don’t have too many years of experience, so my asking rate will reflect that. If any accomplished artist around this area needs an apprentice (of sorts) that they can also pay, that would be great too. I am always ready to learn more.
My ultimate ambition is to break into the video games industry. I live and breathe video games and providing assets or developing and influencing games in any way is my dream. I have seen this industry grow up and have been following all of its key players since the 80's.
As a computer science major and an artist (who has also worked in quality assurance) I am very knowledgeable in all the important aspects of game development and am confident that I would make an excellent designer or game analyst. I have a very strong critical aesthetic sense and my communication skills are top-notch.
