nice painting start. though it seems like you tried to render this drawing too quickly and didnt fix the anatomy.there are alot of problems with it. are you planning on finishing this? i think its a great conceptually, but to many distractions with the anatomical problems.

It seems that you're trying to get to more advanced illustration before knowing the basics. Main things you need to work on are:
Anatomy
Musculature Structure
Proportions
Composition

Check out the Figure Drawing book and Heads and Hands book.

I swear to god those books apply to everything.
